Campaign eligibility applies to applicants who have an existing individual medical takaful certificate or insurance policy from another takaful or insurance company that has been continuously in force for more than four months at the time of application, and whose Kaotim MediKad application is approved as a standard case without any exclusions. That's not all, you can also take part in the 'Customer Get Customer' campaign when you sign up for Kaotim MediKad The referral campaign runs from 4 May to 30 June 2026, where eligible participants who subscribe to Kaotim MediKad will receive a referral link to share with their family and friends.

For every successful certificate issued via the referral link, eligible participants will receive an RM40 Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN. In addition, an extra RM40 Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be granted for every five successful referrals, subject to the terms and conditions.
