KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade) has appointed Datin Nooryana Najwa Najib, the daughter of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, to the board of directors, said chairman Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican.
PETALING JAYA: The proposed amendments to the Federal Constitution concerning citizenship laws are crucial and necessary to resolve the predicaments faced by Malaysians, says Ayer Hitam MP Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong .
"The recent court victory of a woman whose overseas-born child was declared Malaysian is a revelation, highlighting the prevalence of similar cases," the Ayer Hitam MP said while discussing the citizenship Bill in Parliament on Wednesday .
