Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia - KKIP Power Sdn Bhd (KKIP Power) has handed over a dividend of RM3,136,500 to its subsidiary, KKIP Sdn Bhd, during a brief ceremony at the KKIP Office in Sepanggar.

Kota Kinabalu: KKIP Power Sdn Bhd handed over a dividend amounting to RM3 ,136,500 to KKIP Sdn Bhd at the KKIP Office in Sepanggar here on Tuesday.

The dividend was presented by KKIP Power chairman Datuk Johnny Goh to KKIP chairman Datuk Ewon Benedick during a brief ceremony before the KKIP Board of Directors meeting. Advertisement Ewon, who is also Deputy Chief Minister and Sabah Industrial Development, Entrepreneurship and Transport Minister, said the dividend reflected the company’s positive performance and the subsidiary’s continued commitment to contributing to industrial and economic development in Sabah.

Also present were KKIP chief executive officer Cecilia Amid, Sabah Industrial Development, Entrepreneurship and Transport Ministry permanent secretary Datuk Thomas Logijin, and KKIP Power chief executive officer Datuk Peter Lajumin.
