During her lunch break, the man made inappropriate remarks about her applying 'semen' on her face while laughing. After reporting the incident to management, the perpetrator was suspended for a month and placed under strict monitoring. The HR department and others involved also received warnings. Despite his apology, the victim chose not to engage with him and filed additional reports to prevent future threats.

Terkejut dengan tindakan tersebut, mangsa tidak sempat membalas sebelum lelaki itu berlalu ke tandas.
Bimbang keselamatan diri, wanita berkenaan segera meninggalkan pejabat untuk mengelakkan berdua-duaan. Lebih mengecewakan, selepas waktu makan tengah hari, lelaki berkenaan terus menyebarkan cerita itu kepada rakan sekerja lain sehingga menyebabkan mangsa menjadi bahan sindiran Tidak berdiam diri, wanita itu membuat laporan kepada pihak atasan. Hasil tindakan tegas majikan, lelaki tersebut digantung kerja selama sebulan dan diletakkan di bawah pemantauan ketat. Amaran turut diberikan bahawa sebarang kesalahan berulang boleh menyebabkan penamatan kerja dalam tempoh 24 jam.
Selain itu, pihak HR dan beberapa individu lain turut menerima surat amaran. Walaupun lelaki terbabit datang memohon maaf, mangsa memilih untuk tidak melayan. Sebagai langkah berjaga-jaga, laporan tambahan turut dibuat bagi mengelakkan sebarang kemungkinan ancaman pada masa hadapan.
