The Johor state government has successfully settled land ownership issues for 27,429 Felda settlers, representing 99.23 percent of all applications. Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi also noted that 86 percent of housing ownership applications for second-generation settlers have been approved.
ISKANDAR PUTERI: Kerajaan negeri telah menyelesaikan 99.23 peratus isu hak milik tanah peneroka Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan melibatkan seramai 27,429 peneroka di seluruh Johor .
Menteri Besar, Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi berkata, perkara itu membuka komitmen berterusan pihaknya dalam membela kesejahteraan hidup golongan terbabit yang telah berlarutan sejak sekian lama.
“Syukur Alhamdulillah, hasil usaha berterusan serta kerjasama erat antara Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor, Pejabat Tanah Daerah dan Felda, daripada 27,642 permohonan peneroka, seramai 27,429 orang telah berjaya menerima hak milik. “Jumlah ini bersamaan 99.23 peratus penyelesaian, membuktikan komitmen kerajaan negeri dalam memastikan isu yang membelenggu peneroka dapat diselesaikan secara teratur,” katanya ketika berucap pada sesi penggulungan pada Sidang DUN Johor di Kota Iskandar, di sini hari ini.
Tambah Onn Hafiz, pihaknya turut memberi perhatian kepada isu pemilikan perumahan dalam kalangan generasi kedua Felda atau seterusnya untuk mempunyai kualiti hidup yang lebih sejahtera dan terjamin.
“Daripada keseluruhan 12,392 permohonan yang diterima, sebanyak 10,663 permohonan atau kira-kira 86 peratus telah diluluskan kerajaan negeri Johor. “Manakala daripada jumlah tersebut, seramai 7,915 pemohon telah berjaya menerima hak milik, manakala baki 2,748 pemohon yang telah diluluskan kini sedang dalam proses tindakan melalui pengeluaran Notis 5A,” katanya.
