The critically acclaimed film Mother Bhumi will be released in Malaysian cinemas on May 14th, 2026, accompanied by a nationwide fan meet tour featuring the cast including Fan Bingbing, Bai Run-yin, Natalie Hsu, and Pearlly Chua, led by director Chong Keat Aun. The tour begins May 10th in Kuala Lumpur and will visit Johor, Melaka, Penang, and Kedah.
The critically acclaimed movie “ Mother Bhumi ” is finally coming to Malaysia n cinemas! To celebrate, the cast and crew, including actress Fan Bingbing , will make their way around the country to meet fans!
After much anticipation, “Mother Bhumi” is set to premiere in local cinemas on 14th May 2026 . In celebration of the premiere, director Chong Keat Aun will lead Fan Bingbing, Bai Run-yin , Natalie Hsu , and Pearlly Chua on a tour to meet fans across the country! The press tour will take place from 10th to 14th May 2026.

Inspired by folk legends of a witch in the paddy fields of Kedah, “Mother Bhumi” is set in the 1990s, where land disputes in a Siamese village give rise to strange phenomena.
