GoCar, a car-sharing service in Malaysia, has added the TQ Wuling Bingo electric hatchback to its GoEV fleet. The Bingo, one of the most affordable EVs in Malaysia, is available for rental in the Klang Valley, with at least four units currently in the fleet. The article also provides details on the Bingo's specifications, including battery pack capacity, motor performance, and charging capabilities.
into the fleet. The compact electric hatchback, which is one of the most affordable EVs in Malaysia at the moment, was just launched inTQ Wuling listing on the GoCar mobile app, as captured on 13 April 2026.
The rental fee mentioned above does not include the Collision Damage Waiver fee, as well as the optional Premium Flex package, which allows you to change the booking’s date & time, return the car 30 minutes late, and receive a refund for cancellations.
Based on our findings, it appears that Bingo is currently available only in the Klang Valley. Here are the locations that are listed on GoCar’s app so far during our initial search on 13 April:
However, we noticed two additional locations – ERL KL Sentral and GoCar Seri Kembangan Hub – when we searched for the EV once again today. So, it is unclear how many units of Bingo that GoCar has added to its GoEV fleet, but we reckon that there are at least 4 of them for the time being. Meanwhile, the listing in the GoCar app did not mention which TQ Wuling Bingo variant is available through the GoEV service. When we reached out to the customer service yesterday, we were told that it’s the “most basic version”, which we assumed is the Bingo Pro.
In Malaysia, the locally-assembled Bingo EV can be obtained in two variants:
The pricing mentioned above is inclusive of the RM5,000 launch rebate for the first 500 units. The difference in range between the two variants is mainly due to the capacities of their LFP-based Magic battery pack. This is because the Max has a 37.9kWh battery pack while the lower-end Pro features a 31.9kWh battery pack. Regardless of the version, all Bingos for our market come with a 50kW motor that also produces 150Nm of torque and can achieve a top speed of around 130km/h. Both Bingo variants support a DC charging speed of 50kW,sa which allows them to be charged from 30% to 80% in less than 35 minutes. This EV also supports 7kW AC charging.
You might not be able to tell from the outside, but the Bingo is actually a 4-seater EV since there is no centre seat belt for the rear passengers. While it has a 395L boot space, the Bingo does not come with a frunk as the EV has a front-wheel drive setup. Together with a 4-speaker audio system, there is also a pair of 10.25-inch digital displays inside Bingo. One of them acts as a digital instrument cluster while the other one is used by the infotainment system, which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
In terms of safety, the Malaysian variant of Bingo has been fitted with 6 airbags and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System . The EV only comes with passive Cruise Control, alongside a limited number of Advanced Driver Assistance System features such as Blind Spot Warning, Low Speed Pedestrian Alarm, Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Collision Warning, and Door Opening Warning.
U Mobile’s new ULTRA Prepaid now offers no speed cap for 5G. RM50 prepaid offers 500GB data and 2x ULTRA5G Priority.
