SINGAPORE: Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Indonesian flag carrier Garuda Indonesia have received approval from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore for a joint venture (JV) agreement.

Not only is it the world’s oldest no-dam irrigation system, it is also the only surviving one. In 2000, it was inscribed on Unesco’s World Heritage Site list.
