NEW DELHI, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Apple has asked an Indian court to stop the country's antitrust watchdog from seeking its global financial records as part of an investigation into its app store policies, while it challenges the underlying law's validity, court papers show.

For decades, universities and schools alike have been trapped in performance optics-rankings, employability statistics and compliance indicators — often at the expense of intellectual curiosity, ethical reasoning and social responsibility.
