More than half of eight-year-olds in Singapore have used artificial intelligence (AI) tools, with usage rising sharply by ages 10 and 13.
SEPANG: The political secretary to PAS president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang has shared a cryptic Facebook post seemingly to ease concerns of party decisions being made without party-wide consent.
In his post, Mohd Syahir Che Sulaiman described “self-reflection” and “review” as normal processes, stressing that reassessments are common practice in governance and organisations.
“A period of reflection and space for consultation to correct and improve — what needs to be added, removed, maintained or replaced,” he said in his post on Sunday . Addressing allegations that PAS is a party of “mullahs” or operates as a dictatorship, the party stressed that it practises syura and consultation, guided by the Quran and Sunnah as its highest sources.
“PAS has a ‘check and balance’ mechanism at every level, including over the Spiritual Leader and President; no one is exempt from scrutiny. “PAS decisions are made collectively, from the grassroots to the central leadership and the Syura Council. “This ensures PAS remains monitored and under control,” he said, ending the post with the cryptic message of “Trust the process”.
