LAHAD DATU: Six men were detained and 10.68 grammes of syabu were seized during a three-day anti-drug operation conducted by the Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division in collaboration with Desa Kencana police station from May 8 to May 10.
District Police Chief, ACP Dzulbaharin Ismail, said the arrests were made during separate operations around Kg Sungai Bilis in Tungku, behind the hypermarket building on Jalan Reno Fajar, and along the roadside of Jalan Kg Puyut. All six men, aged between 20 and 45, are currently in police custody to assist in investigations under Sections 12, 39A, 15, 9, and 37 of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
