BLH Ecoenergy, EIC's local partner, will open the EIC Station GDEX PJ at GDEX Headquarters in Petaling Jaya on April 10, 2026. This is the first EIC Station in Malaysia and offers free charging for two days, with dynamic charging fees afterward. The station features fast DC chargers and is accessible via the EI Charge app, with limited operating hours and facilities.

In general, the new EIC Station GDEX PJ is essentially the expansion of the partnership between GDEX and BLH, which began withFree charging at the EIC Station GDEX PJ for 2 days The EIC Station GDEX PJ features 4 charging bays, with 2 of them powered by a 160kW DC charger, while the other 2 are powered by a 240kW DC charger. What makes EIC Malaysia DC chargers interesting is that they have a dynamic charging fee structure that follows your EV’s charging curve, and that applies to the EIC Station GDEX PJ too.which will be applied if you leave your EV connected to the charger for more than 20 minutes after the charging session ends. The EV chargers at EIC Station GDEX PJ can be activated using the EI Charge app, which is available fromDo note that the EIC Station GDEX PJ does not operate 24/7 as the location is only open to the public from 9 AM to 9 PM. It is also only open from Monday to Saturday, and as this location is a gated compound, the security guard will note down your vehicle plate number for the record. Meanwhile, we were told that EV owners can utilise the rest area and washroom at the adjacent Shipment Lodge-In Centre while waiting for their charging session to be completed.
