MANCHESTER, England, April 13 (Reuters) - Leeds United's Noah Okafor scored twice as his side grabbed a morale-boosting 2-1 Premier League away win over bitter rivals Manchester United, who had Lisandro Martinez sent off in the 56th minute for pulling the hair of Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

KLANG: The Port Klang Marine Police Territory 1 team successfully thwarted an attempt to smuggle RM273,000 worth of black oil on Tuesday . According to a statement issued by the unit’s commandant Asst Comm Jafri Bidin, the team successfully busted an illegal black oil transfer activity at the Segenting industrial area in Telok Panglima Garang. The raid, which was part of an exercise dubbed Ops Taring Landai, which took off at 10.00am involved the Marine Assault Unit, Marine Intelligence Unit and the PSC 15 patrol boat unit.

“The PSC 15 patrol unit detected a suspicious tanker lorry around Carey Island and followed it to an undisclosed lot. “The raid was carried out following close monitoring and five local men, who were transferring black oil from the tanker lorry to several skid tanks and IBC tanks, were arrested,' said ACP Jafri. He added that inspections found approximately 182,000 litres of black oil and various equipment with the total amount seized estimated to be around RM11.478mil. According to the breakdown, the amount consisted of nine skid tanks worth RM900,000.00, black oil worth RM273,000.00, five IBC tanks worth RM5,000.00, two tanker lorries worth RM300,000.00 and a steel ship worth RM10mil.

ACP Jafri said a second raid was carried out at the Sungai Langat bank stretch with the assistance of the PSC 15 patrol boats. “Two Indonesian men on a cargo boat were arrested in this raid and the ship’s captain admitted to being involved in transferring oil to the location of the first raid,' he added. According to ACP Jafri, the case was being investigated under the Environmental Quality Regulations 2005 and the Business/Industrial Trade, MPKL 2007. The seized items as well as the arrests were handed over to the Selangor Environment Department and the Kuala Langat Municipal Council for further action.

“Members of the public are urged to cooperate and channel any information regarding illegal activities at sea and along the coast to the Marine Police Force,' said ACP Jafri. At least four bills to be tabled in upcoming Sabah state assembly sitting, says SpeakerTeacher to be charged over fatal crash at Kelantan school
