PUTRAJAYA: Mahkamah Rayuan di sini hari ini memutuskan bekas Naib Presiden Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Datuk Zuraida perlu membayar RM100,000 kepada PKR kerana didapati melanggar syarat bon parti itu.
PUTRAJAYA: Mahkamah Rayuan di sini hari ini memutuskan bekas Naib Presiden Parti Keadilan Rakyat , Datuk Zuraida perlu membayar RM100,000 kepada PKR kerana didapati melanggar syarat bon parti itu.
Perkara itu diputuskan oleh tiga panel Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan yang diketuai terdiri daripada Hakim Datuk See Mee Chun. Pada 23 Jun 2023, Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Datuk Akhtar Tahir memerintahkan bekas Ahli Parlimen Ampang itu membayar RM10 juta selepas memutuskan bahawa bon itu kontrak yang sah dan mengikat.
PKR mendakwa Zuraida telah menandatangani suatu bon pada 25 April 2018, yang mengikat dirinya untuk membayar parti sejumlah RM10 juta, berdasarkan terma dan syarat bon tersebut.
