The proposed Regional Specialty Centers Act, meanwhile, would establish specialty centers in hospitals nationwide which would be under the supervision and control of the Department of Health. Once these measures are adopted by the House of Representatives or approved in the bicameral conference, they will be sent to Malacañang for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s signature.
