Tragedy struck at The Geong, a popular tourist attraction located in the Limpakuwus Pine Forest in Banyumas regency, Central Java on Wednesday. The attraction’s iconic 10m-high glass bridge unexpectedly gave way, leaving one dead and three others injured.

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia is optimistic that the resolution at the United Nations General Assembly ’s Emergency Special Session to immediately halt the attacks by the Israeli regime and expedite the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip will receive support.

When asked about the next course of action if the decision hoped for did not materialise, Zambry said that there was no need for disappointment because efforts would continue through alternative approaches to maintain pressure on the Israeli regime. On the willingness of Malaysian non-governmental organisations to send humanitarian aid to Palestine, Zambry said the government did not prevent any party from doing so, but any contributions were best channelled through Wisma Putra.
