KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Sessions Court here has transferred the case of Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who is facing 47 charges involving millions of ringgit belonging to Yayasan Akalbudi, to the High Court.
Judge Rozina Ayob transferred the case after the prosecution, conducted by Deputy Public Prosecutor from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission , Ahmad
Sazilee Abdul Khairi , informed her that the High Court had allowed the application by the defence to transfer the case from the Sessions Court to the High Court.
