PRESIDEN Umno Ahmad Zahid Hamidi diberikan “kebenaran khas” untuk melawat bekas perdana menteri Najib Razak, yang menjalani hukuman di Penjara Kajang, kata Menteri Dalam Negeri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail. Saifuddin berkata beliau dimaklumkan mengenai perkara ini oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Penjara Nordin Muhamad, yang merupakan satu-satunya orang selain dirinya yang diberi kuasa untuk mengeluarkan kebenaran khas di bawah Bahagian 10, Peraturan 86, Peraturan-Peraturan Penjara 2000.
