PUTRAJAYA: Former deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has arrived at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters here for further questioning in the investigations linked to land swaps under the Barisan Nasional administration.
This is the second time he has been called in for questioning over the matter. He gave a statement to MACC last Thursday, following which Hishammuddin Hussein, who took over as defence minister and held office until the May 2018 general election, was summoned for questioning as well. On May 17, the defence ministry handed over 14 reports on the land swap deals in addition to the two reports surrendered earlier.
