“It really boosts my personality and character whenever I train with the team,” the 23-year-old World Champion and Tokyo Olympian said. “I also get to help them improve if I stay here in Manila. But I will still find out what’s the plan of my association.” Carrion-Norton, however, clarified that they might split Yulo’s 3-month training schedule here in Manila and return to Tokyo, Japan for the last phase of his training camp before flying to compete in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships on September 30 to October 8 in Antwerp, Belgium.
