Eager for more performance, he set about thoroughly upgrading the V8’s internals and has then installed a huge 91 mm turbocharger. The result is a Commodore that now pumps out an extraordinary 1,129 hp through the rear wheels and is driven by a manual transmission. This thing is a proper driver’s car then.
Some various other changes have been made to the car. For example, it has been resprayed in a bright shade of red that Holden didn’t offer from the factory. It is also rocking 20-inch gloss bronze wheels and has an air suspension system, allowing Tronc to lower it when he wants to put it on display at a show.
