Tech giant looks set to revolutionise the Hearing Aid market with high-tech software update to its popular earbuds
Apple has added a clinical-grade Hearing Aid test to AirPods Pro 2 as part of its latest bid to raise the bar in personal audio in which the tech giant also launched two new sets of AirPods 4 earbuds and an update to its AirPods Max headphones.
The upgrade will also include a built-in clinical-grade hearing test. Users can now take a simple five-minute hearing check directly from their AirPods to generate a personalised hearing profile. This profile will help you monitor your hearing health and serve as the foundation for the new hearing aid function.
There are two sets of AirPods 4 and the €50 more expensive model will include active noise cancellation to block out noise in busy environments without sacrificing sound quality. Apple AirPods Pro 2 have outstanding ANC so let's hope we get the same level of effectiveness on AirPods 4..
