YMCA of Greater Houston offering free, 3-day guest passes to combat loneliness and isolation

Adults 55 and older can build relationships through the ForeverWell program, which involves physical activities and social events, such as group trips to a Houston Astros game. “This was our effort so that they could build those social connections and have long-lasting friendships that are going to go further and beyond just being here in a workout class,” Hollins said.
