Teens can attend mental health wellness workshops with Y Teen L.I.F.E. Adults 55 and older can build relationships through the ForeverWell program, which involves physical activities and social events, such as group trips to a Houston Astros game. “This was our effort so that they could build those social connections and have long-lasting friendships that are going to go further and beyond just being here in a workout class,” Hollins said.
