Both Oswald Peraza and Austin Wells flashed some serious power in Monday's rainy loss to the Diamondbacks.

Not only did catcher Austin Wells and infielder Oswald Peraza blast tape-measure home runs in the middle innings but the Yankees’ youngsters rallied to score three runs in the bottom of the eighth to secure a 6-4 win.

Peraza’s bases-loaded walk with one out in the eighth tied the score, coming moments after a single from Wells. One batter later, a sacrifice fly from former top prospect Estevan Florial gave the Yankees a one-run lead. Then, Everson Pereira provided the insurance, rolling an RBI single through the infield, plating Anthony Volpe. Each of those three kids are in contention for playing time next spring.

With the win, the Yankees are now 79-77. They’ll travel to Toronto on Monday night in preparation for their final road trip of the season, facing the Blue Jays and Royals.
