There are no physical buttons to speak of and the frame comes in gold and silver colour options.
The device comes with all the standard health tracking features such as all-day blood oxygen saturation monitoring, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and menstrual cycle tracking. As for the battery life, Xiaomi claims that it can last between six to 12 days on a single charge depending on the usage and it only needs five minutes of charging for eight hours of sleep tracking.
