Just a day after it made their global debut, the Xiaomi 13 series is now available for pre-order in Malaysia, with free TVs up for grabs during the pre-order period.
will be able to redeem a RM699 voucher for it, while the Xiaomi 13 Pro will come with a RM799 voucher instead. However, if you pre-order the Xiaomi 13 from a Xiaomi Store, you’ll be able to get a free Xiaomi TV P1 43″ worth RM1,799.
It’s in the camera department though that the Xiaomi 13 Pro stands out, most notably thanks to the Leica lenses it uses. There’s a triple rear camera on the back with a main 50MP, f/1.9 camera using the 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor. It sits next to a 50MP, f/2.0 telephoto camera equivalent to a 75mm portrait lens along with a 50MP, f/2.2 ultrawide angle camera.
Under the hood you’re still getting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 system-on-chip here, mated to up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Xiaomi 13 will come with MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box, and Xiaomi is guaranteeing three years of Android OS upgrades and four years of security patches.
