Xian Lim is no stranger to working out in the gym.
And recently, it seems he's inspired by the workouts of actor Dwayne Johnson, aka former wrestler The Rock.
On Instagram Stories, Xian posted a video of him doing leg workouts followed by Dwayne's reel doing a similar leg workout. He also posted a video of him lifting dumbbells with his trainer.Dwayne also gave details on his exercise regimen, saying he switches it up to train his legs twice a week. He does a "light-ish day" on Wednesday and an "intense day" on Sunday.
Dwayne does "leg extensions superset with leg curls," not one but four sets and 25 reps. He adjusts the quad load and intensity with the machine he uses.It looks like the "Hearts on Ice" star has taken him up on it. What do you think of the results so far?
