SHANGHAI - Wuhan, capital of Hubei province and epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak, said it would suspend visa and passport services for Chinese citizens until Jan. 30 to strengthen control of the virus, the city’s exit-entry bureau said in a statement on Monday.
