“Today” show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie and her husband, strategic communications consultant Michael Feldman, are listing their New York apartment for $7.1 million
A closet off the primary suite.Nearly 50 feet long, the great room is divided into areas for relaxing, entertaining and dining. The dining area is separated from the main living space with steel-framed glass, which can be closed when entertaining to avoid waking up the couple’s two children, Vale and Charley. “Astonishingly, no one ever broke the glass,” she said with a laugh.
The primary bathroom has a deep soaking tub beneath a flatscreen television. The apartment also has a home office with built-ins and a hidden Murphy bed. Ms. Guthrie said that while they love the apartment, they are selling because they have a “vision and dream of living in a townhouse.” She said they plan to stay in the city but declined to specify exactly where they plan on purchasing.
