Amelia Bonow, co-founder of Shout Your Abortion —which amplifies resources for abortion pills—said SYP gained over 1,000 followers across social media platforms and received"countless messages" from"We do not believe that people need to follow unjust laws," Bonow said. "It's very important to emphasize that, because we're all used to thinking about back-alley abortions, we're all used to thinking that any illegal abortion is an unsafe one. And because of abortion pills, that is simply no longer the case."
