Another arriving officer also contacted the driver, who soon thereafter took off. The officers pulled over the Chrysler again on Royalton Road. An arriving officer said there was no loud music. Also, they talked to the suspect, who was drunk and not helpful. After twice being asked to turn it down and refusing to do so, the neighbor was cited for the loud music.
