A woman was rushed to the hospital after an argument at a South Side apartment complex turned into a shooting, according to San Antonio police.
The shooting happened just before 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of Pleasanton Road, near E. Gerald and Rosebud Lane.
Police said a witness heard the woman arguing with a man. About a minute later, the witness told officers they heard the man fire three gunshots.Officers found the woman, who was shot in the back, and she was taken by EMS to an area hospital. Her condition is unknown. Authorities are still working to identify the suspect and his vehicle. We’ll bring more updates to this story as they become available.
