ANTIOCH — A woman has been arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol in the death Saturday of an ATV rider who police say was hit by the woman’s vehicle as she was allegedly driving in the wrong direction on Deer Valley Road.
Police said the woman was driving northbound in the southbound lane of Deer Valley when she hit the ATV driven by Hill. Hill was ejected from the vehicle and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
