A woman accused of murdering her elderly parents by giving them insulin has been granted bail in the Supreme Court.
The court found in favour of granting Raelene Polymiadis bail as the 62-year-old had special circumstances because of her "medical conditions".
The woman has diabetes and the court heard that while in prison, her blood sugar levels had been unstable, and she was suffering from high blood pressure. Ms Polymiadis is accused of giving her mother insulin, causing her death in March 2022, before using the same method to kill her father in May this year.
