The season started rocky when Captain Sandy Yawn discovered that two of her crew members were stuck in customs. Kyle and Chief Stew Tumi Mhlongo were having visa issues before they stepped foot on the yacht in Italy.
This could get Kyle fired because Tumi and Natalya may realize Kyle was playing them against each other. Judging by the Below Deck Med season 8 trailer, Kyle is seen yelling at an unknown person a few times throughout, and Captain Sandy seemingly getting ready to fire someone. The ladies could have gone to Sandy about Kyle's pot-stirring and how it affected their team. This wouldn't be surprising, as Kyle and Natalya are currently feuding.
With Kyle playing both sides of the fence, this creates unnecessary drama within the interior team. Kyle needs to either pick a side or confess that he was the reason for their drama. However, if Kyle were to admit he was talking bad about Natalya behind her back, this would cause a serious rift on the boat. If Captain Sandy were to find out what Kyle was doing before getting on board, this could also prompt her to fire him.
