TWO DAP leaders have questioned the delay in charging a police inspector over the alleged rape of two Mongolian women. Batu Kawan MP Kasthuri Patto and Wanita DAP legal bureau chief Sangeet Kaur Deo said it has been 13 days since the women lodged a report.
