Bill Cosby's accuser has no regrets about coming forward despite his overturned conviction.
"I was really shocked. I was really shocked. Disappointed," Constand told Kate Snow of the court's decision andCosby's release came after the court found that an agreement he had with a previous prosecutor prevented him from being charged in the case, according to documents obtained by ET. Cosby previously said that he relied on that agreement before agreeing to testify in his accuser's civil lawsuit.
"How can a district attorney enforce a decision on a backroom handshake? How can he give any credibility to that?" Constand questioned."... He's a sexually violent predator who basically was let out of jail." "Didn't surprise me, given the level of the arrogance and having no remorse," she said."During the time [he was] incarcerated, [he had] absolutely zero remorse for what he did to me."
