The couple drink on occasion, but they worried about guest safety — Bohatch’s grandmother was killed by a drunk driver — if alcohol was on offer. Kathlyn Bohatch says guests at the June 2022 wedding had a blast despite her decision to host the event sans alcohol.Bohatch credited her DJ for keeping her 150 sober guests entertained and dancing all night.“I’ve gone to weddings where people starting fighting or getting sick because they’d had too much to drink,” she said.
