The search for British TV doctor Michael Mosley is ramping up after he went missing in Greece on Thursday.
Police, firefighters, and volunteers are looking for Mosley, with the help of a sniffer dog, drones and a helicopter.It's where a woman reported seeing Mosley on Wednesday, the island's deputy mayor Ilias Chaskas told BBC News.Mosley was last seen at 1:30pm on Wednesday, local time, when he went for a short stroll on his own from Agios Nikolaos beach to the fishing village of Pedi.Mosley's wife, Claire, reported him missing on Thursday morning after he did not return.
An update to the post on Thursday morning said Mosley had still not been found and the search for him was ongoing. Mayor Eleftherios Papakalodoukas told the BBC that firefighters believed it was "impossible" for Mosley to still be in the area.
