Law enforcement officials in Maine are conducting a massive manhunt on Thursday for a gunman who killed at least 16 people and injured several others in the city of Lewiston on Wednesday, with police identifying a man named Robert Card as a “person of interest.”, the Lewiston Maine Police Department shared Card’s mugshot and sought information about his whereabouts while warning residents he should be “considered armed and dangerous.
Card reportedly studied engineering at the University of Maine from 2001 to 2004 and a search of his criminal records only showed two speeding tickets from 2001 and 2002, NBC News reported.of a white SUV they found in a boat dock in the nearby city of Lisbon, which they believe was being driven by the suspect.
