While many of the past few months have been very light on content for Disney+, September is shaping up to be very intriguing for Disney fans of all ages. The biggest draw of September is easily the streaming premiere of the live-action remake of The Little Mermaid on September 6. And for all the talk that this reboot was somehow a failure, it pulled in an impressive $297 million domestically during a very crowded summer.

New episodes of Star Wars: Ahsoka will continue throughout the month, and there are also Marvel Studios documentaries for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Loki season 2. And if that’s not enough Marvel for you, I Am Groot season 2 has more animated mischief in store on September 6 with a new series of shorts.
