Kandi And Brandi Lost Over 400 Pounds After the show, Kandi and Brandi lost more than 400 pounds and were almost entirely unrecognizable. The two were dog moms on the show, but Brandi revealed in 2018 that she had given birth to her first child. In 2020, Brandi gave birth to baby number two. Kandi does not seem to have any kids of her own, but is a doting aunt. Brandi is married to the father of her children, and Kandi appears to be in a relationship with a woman named Ruth.
