Although he was still very young, Sim said he gave a splashing show at the competition, which earned him a few medals. “The amount of calories I burn every day is at an incredible amount, hence I consume lots of carbs and protein to replace those I’ve burnt during my training,” he said. After a long day of jam-packed schedule, he heads to the bed to get at least seven hours of sleep before his alarm goes off again early in the morning.
