Smooth singers and dancers are invited to perform their favorite Jackson songs.
, 24, currently stars as Jackson in the Broadway show, which also won Tonys for best choreography, lighting and sound design. The musical was nominated for a total of 10 Tonys.
Producers Lia Vollack, John McClain and John Branca are looking for actors to play two roles: MJ and Little Michael. In an announcement Tuesday, they said performers who are cast in the show will be future replacements for actors playing these roles in both the Broadway production and touring companies of the show.starts August in Chicago. “MJ” will also come to London’s Prince Edward Theatre in March 2024, with Frost heading up the show.Actors are advised to get ready for the auditions by preparing a Michael Jackson or Jackson 5 song.for information on video submissions.
Auditions will also be hosted in Orlando Sunday, June 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Orlando Repertory Theatre .
