The Sony WF-C700N has arrived in Malaysia and it offers up to 7.5 hours of music playback with ANC turned on. It also supports multipoint Bluetooth connection, Fair Pair and Swift Pair.
Sony WF-C700N Malaysia Features
The WF-C700N uses Sony’s 5mm driver unit paired with Sony’s DSEE and it is also 360 Reality Audio certified. The earbuds come with noise cancelling which can isolate unwanted background noise and you can also turn on Ambient Sound Mode which lets you hear what’s going on around you without taking the buds off. You can switch between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Sound by pushing the button on the left earbud. Meanwhile, the button on the right earbud is used to control your music playback.
The Sony WF-C700N also gets an Adaptive Sound Control feature which can adjust the ambient sound settings depending on your location. Based on the detected location such as your workplace, gym or cafe, it can switch to the right sound mode to suit your environment. For clearer voice calls, it also features Wind Noise Reduction Structure to ensure that the mic picks up your voice clearly during windy situations.
The earbuds themselves can last up to 7.5 hours of continuous music playback with noise cancelling turned on or up to 10 hours without active noise cancellation on a single charge. With the case included, it boasts up to a total of 15 hours with noise cancellation or up to 20 hours with noise cancellation turned off. The C700N charges via USB-C and the case takes approximately 3 hours to charge. According to Sony, a quick 10-minute charge can provide up to an hour of extra playtime.
In terms of connectivity, the C700N supports Bluetooth 5.2 with Fair Pair for a seamless setup. It also supports multipoint connection, allowing you to pair it with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. The new earbuds are also splash and sweat resistant with an IPX4 rating.
