It’s unclear when the pair called it quits, but the influencer last posted Anthony Adler on social media in March after they enjoyed a Mexico vacation.
“I’ve been feeling so anxious to post this, but wanted to address something that I’ve been dealing with privately,” Bernstein, 30, wrote in a statement on her Instagram Story on Monday. “I’ve recently undergone an unfortunate change in my relationship.”
While Bernstein said they still “love each other deeply,” she admitted that the now-exes were in “very different stages” of their lives. “Going through a break up is challenging enough, and I didn’t want to share this update until I felt ready to,” she continued.
