BACOLOD CITY — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested an alleged drug pusher during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Banago here on Saturday, Feb. 4.According to PDEA, Jalando-on is a regional level target included in the list of drug personalities of the police and PDEA.She was previously arrested for a drug offense but the case was dismissed, according to PDEA.
Jalando-on’s arrest came a few hours after PDEA-Negros Occidental also seized P3.4 million worth of shabu from a young man in a buy-bust in Barangay 10 here.
