PETALING JAYA: Well Chip Group Bhd said it recently experienced a cybersecurity incident involving a malware attack on some of its information technology servers which blocked off access to data contained within them.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Well Chip said investigations are ongoing, and it will conduct a rigorous review of the incident and its IT systems to enhance as well as strengthen its overall cybersecurity infrastructure.
