PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has questioned the appointment of Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin as an election observer by the Election Commission (EC) in the Sandakan polls.
PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has questioned the appointment of Datuk Seri Lajim UkinThe MCA president pointed out that Lajim is the former president of Sabah Pakatan Rakyat and is now a member of Sabah Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia.
"Is this a transparent election in the new Malaysia? Might as well appoint Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad or Lim Guan Eng to be the observer," he said in a Facebook post on Monday .
