A good deal on a rental apartment, of course, can mean very different things for different people.
This week, we found a few especially nice, under-$3,000 spots, including a Park Slope one-bedroom with a big eat-in kitchen and a Midtown West townhouse unit with wide-plank floors throughout. We’ve also continued to notice extremely lovely West Village apartments emerging on the market. This week, it’s a Cornelia Street two-bedroom with 14-foot ceilings and a 500-square-foot roof deck.
